Texas Instruments Vaccine mandate is wrong on so many levels

  1. What is end goal. How will forced vaccinations help TI & world. Show us your data.
    • UK/Israel have highest vaccination rates in world, but have more cases per million then US (is this our goal).  India at 10% vaccination rate has many fewer cases/million then most countries. There is No correlation between vaccinations and cases.
    • The vaccinations were NOT responsible for Januarys drop in cases, nor did they stop huge spike in August. There is No correlation between vaccinations and cases.
    • People who have been vaccinated are just as likely to spread Covid as the unvaccinated.
    • TI should be required to justify this forced vaccination of employees (else looks like politics).
  1. I assume TI would be liable for vaccine harm since they are forcing this on workers. We cannot sue government, vaccine suppliers are covered.
    • Short term harm see openVAERS.com
    • Long term damage unknown (Think asbestos, lead paint, roundup, talcum powder, Thilidiminde)
    • Vaccine approval is a sham…   They are still not liable.
  1. Why would natural immunity not count?
    • Should take blood, if anti-bodies or B/T cell response then good to go.
    • Do you really believe that vaccines will protect better then natural God given immunity? That those with previous infection (many not even knowing) will be bigger spreaders? Makes no sense.
    • We know that vaccines are wearing off and are not effective against Delta. We also know that vaccinated are just as likely to spread virus as unvaccinated. So… Why ??

  1. Think of position you put so many employees in.
    • Live with self -vs- keeping job
    • Keep job, wife divorces -vs- Good family life but kids no go college, not enough retirement money.
    • I have been here 30+ years and now going to fire me over??? Political Wokeism
    • TI should be required to present compelling reasons that the vaccine mandate is necessary to keep business going (so much so that need to fire people and override their personal liberties).
  1. Kinder / gentler
    • Could have first offered free/ convenient shots on site. Walk in door and they ask if you want a Covid shot. Would probably have gotten ½ of those not yet vaccinated.
    • Then try $500 bonus.
    • Believe have alienated many employees with your Stazi tactics. Morale is low.
  1. Is TI going to censure CHINA/CCP who unleased this virus on the world?
    • How can you in good conscience fire American employees, at same time rewarding the CCP who is ultimately responsible for this pandemic.
    • TI continues to send more jobs and our technology to the CCP. They should send virus more often to ruin US economy and strengthen CCP, with no repercussions.
    • TI must stop doing business with China. Propose amendment at stockholder meeting.
  1. How far can company go in forcing employee to do something?
    • HIV vaccine for all because a few “transgender” employees with known AIDS?
    • Wear arm bands with “TI” on it, “BLM” on it, “Swastika” on it . Tattoo TI logo on our wrist (with identity numbers).
    • Give employees time off for BLM protests. Time off for Abortion protests.
    • Prohibit employees from going to bars (where more likely to get covid then at work wearing bunny suits in class 1 clean rooms).
  1. This sure sounds like WOKE Democrat socialist political policy.
    • Is this really senior management behaving in the best fiduciary interest of shareholders?
    • Shouldn’t such an intrusive/divisive policy be backed by facts and communicated to both shareholders and employees.
    • Senior Management should be required to read WOKE INC and make somber introspection.
  1. In gut believe most Americans know this to be wrong/ unconstitutional.
    • Founding fathers rebelled over tax on tea.
  1. Give me the facts and will decide what is best for me. Feel that am being lied to.
